Who we share information with
We share information only where necessary to deliver our services:
- Stripe — to process card payments securely
- Awin — our affiliate network, to attribute bookings to referring partners
- Google — for website analytics (Google Analytics / Site Kit)
- Local ground operators, lodges, and guides in Tanzania — only the booking details needed to deliver your trip
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep your information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil your trip, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and handle any post-trip queries. Enquiry form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
