Karatu Safari Camp Lodge

Karatu Safari Camp Lodge is a family-owned retreat, established in 2018, located in the quietest green district of Karatu town with a view onto the Ngorongoro Crater. Nestled amidst picturesque rolling countryside, mature trees and lush gardens surround the lodge, creating a serene atmosphere for a variety of birdlife.

The lodge sits in the heart of the northern Tanzania safari circuit, a tranquil and shady base for wildlife safaris across nearby national parks. Rooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, clean linens and warm blankets, with en-suite bathrooms featuring hot showers and flushing toilets. Stays are on a full board basis.
